SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
It takes up to 8-10 weeks to finish your order. If you need to receive your order faster, then whenever possible we will accept it with price increase up to 100%, depending on difficulty and deadline of your order.
Shipment takes on average about a month. Tracking number is included.
Standard wig packaging we use is a spacious box with a filler. However, if you choose the option "premium shipping", we will send your wig on a foam head.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have found that there is something wrong with your order, there are three options:
1) We will return the money to you, and you will send us the order back
2) You will send us the order back, and we will remake\fix it
3) We will make you a completely new order from scratch, and you will send us the old one
To resolve any kind of questions please be sure to contact us within three days after receiving the package! The "three days" policy is required in order to avoid fraud on the part of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding!
